Sit-down Meal Service

Join us for a warm, sit-down three-course meal every Monday and Wednesday — open to all and separate from our grocery pickups.

Food Support Eligibility – Groceries Pickup

Due to increased demand, we prioritise those most in need. To access food support, you must:

  1. Live in the City of Casey, Officer, or Pakenham

  2. Show a current Centrelink Income Statement (not your full financial history)

This can be viewed on your phone or printed. We do not keep a copy—just a one-time check, valid for 12 months.

Need help? Click here for instructions or a video on how to access your statement.
Outside our service area? Visit www.askizzy.com.au for your local services.

Comparison chart of payment types that qualify and do not qualify for food support. Qualifying payments include Carer Payment, Age Pension over $1000, Disability Support Pension, Jobseeker, Youth Allowance, Parenting Payment (Single and Partnered), Mobility Allowance, and Double Orphan Pension. Non-qualifying payments include Energy Supplement, Family Tax Benefits A and B, Pension Supplement, Rent Assistance, Paid Parental Leave, Dad and Partner Pay, Child Care Benefit, and Child Care Rebate.

Don’t meet the standard criteria (above) but still facing food insecurity?

We understand that not everyone has a Centrelink Income Statement, and that every case is unique. If you're struggling with food insecurity, please contact
Lisa on 0484 986 466

You may still be eligible if you are:

  1. A refugee or asylum seeker

  2. Homeless

  3. On a student visa

  4. A non-Australian or New Zealand citizen

  5. Receiving limited Centrelink support (e.g. Family Tax Benefit only)

No one in need should go without.
